Setting our rates to by the day rather than by the night helps us to be able to not have set drop off and pick up times. We found that the majority of our customers need to drop off in the morning and pick up in the afternoon. We do realize this is not always the case but this is what the works best for the majority of our customers and what works best for us as a small family run business.
We accept cash, card, check or Venmo. Payments are due at drop off. You will be responsible for paying for the full reservation you made. There will be no refund for early departure.
We request a 48-hour notice for cancellations. During busy times our kennels stay full and we usually end up with a waitlist. Please let us know ASAP if you will need to cancel so we will be able to fill the spot with someone who actually needs us.
We offer a 10% discount for military and first responders.
Sibling discount $10 off for each additional dog only if they are sharing a kennel.
